These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and set expectations when you engage America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC for electrical services, estimates, or related work. A separate written proposal or contract may apply to specific jobs and will control where it conflicts with these general terms.
America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC provides estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Concealed conditions (e.g., damaged conductors inside walls, obsolete equipment, or code upgrades triggered by the scope) may require revised pricing after discovery. Timelines for permits, inspections, or utility coordination are estimates and may shift due to authorities or weather.
The property owner or authorized representative must provide safe access to panels, attics, crawl spaces, and work areas. America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC may pause or decline work that presents imminent hazard until conditions are corrected. Customers are responsible for securing pets and keeping children clear of active work zones.
Payment terms appear on your proposal or invoice. Specialty materials ordered for your job may be non-refundable once purchased. America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by supply chain shortages, manufacturer defects, or third-party shipping errors, though we will work in good faith to find alternatives.
Where applicable, manufacturer's warranties pass through on devices we supply and install. America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC warrants its workmanship for the period stated in your contract, subject to normal exclusions for misuse, alterations by others, or conditions outside our original scope.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services, except where prohibited. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific job is limited to the amount paid to us for that job unless a higher limit is required by statute.
Either party may terminate an active project in accordance with the written agreement, including payment for work completed, materials on hand, and restocking fees where fair. Upon completion or termination, America's Full Line Electrical Service, LLC will return keys or access devices provided for the job and retain records as required by law.
